Mariar was absolutely wonderful! She is polite, kind, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every step of the process. She was also very patient and understanding, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The front desk is the first impression of any place, and Mariar truly represents it so well. My son, Quintin J., recently had an appointment at Abru Dental on Orange in Newark for his braces, and we had a really great experience thanks to Lula. She was very kind, patient, and professional while working with him. Lula made sure Quintin felt comfortable during the visit and explained everything in a way that he could easily understand. It’s clear that she truly cares about the patients she helps, and that made the whole appointment go very smoothly. Lula’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. She took her time making sure everything with Quintin’s braces was taken care of properly and answered any questions we had without making us feel rushed. I had to have all my teeth removed in preparation for Dentures. The Supervisor Skarles Sanchez went over everything for me explaining the process and Dr. Tran made the experience very bearable. The entire staff was friendly and answered all my questions making me feel very comfortable. I will continue to use them for future dental necessities.
