Dr. Mukherjee's expertise, knowledge, kindness and patience over this last year brought me the most amazing results with Invisiline. I had a very challenging situation going on with my smile, Dr Mukherjee cared about me as her patient and her education and talent fixed the issue I had going on with my teeth and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Mukherjee is a scholar and a very caring doctor that I am so thankful I had on this journey with Invisiline. I rate Dr. Mukherjee with all the stars for giving me a smile I so much wanted and she got me there. Many Blessings to her and the whole practice at Rutgers who held my hand and dried my tears and fixed my teeth!!
After calling multiple times and being on hold for more than 15 minutes, someone answered and told me that their next appointment wasn't until late June and was told that I could walk in. I am currently in tremendous pain and have a direct referral from my dentist to get my wisdom tooth extracted. I visited the emergency clinic very early this morning at 7:00 am and waited until they were open at 8:00 am under the impression that I could be seen. I was the first patient there and after waiting until 9:00 am, I was called and then told I could not be seen until August when the woman I spoke to on the phone on Thursday let me know that if I am in pain I can come in as a walk-in to get my wisdom tooth extracted sooner due pain/discomfort. Although in pain, I waited the weekend to come to the emergency clinic as instructed by her and an email I received from a staff member. I was then told that I had to make an appointment in August. This experience was frustrating, misleading, and showed that they had absolutely no consideration for their patients. If I could give zero stars, I would.
DO NOT GO HERE. They made me pay $396.70 before my extraction and, after the extraction, my dental insurance covered everything except $265.60 of it (my responsibility). I've been trying to get in contact with the Dental Office and their billing department for 2.5 months now and have left an ENDLESS amount of voicemails, but they NEVER answer my calls or call me back. THEY ARE AWFUL. Don't go here if you care about your money. The only pro to my visit was that Dr Hani Braidy was very professional and did my extraction wonderfully. Everyone else within the office is useless and will take your money
I went in for wisdom tooth removal and said what tooth i think it is and he telling me which one he’s pulling but it not the one that hurts. He pull it and I’m still in pain CAUSE AGAIN THATS NOT THE TOOTH THAT I SAID IS HURTING ME !!!! How are you going to tell me how my mouth is feeling and where i feel the pain coming from. Now I’m in more pain than i was this whole week
Worse dentis ever. This place is horrible. I come in because I have mouth pain they charged me $85 out of pocket because I don't have insurance just to give me an assessment. They assessed that I needed a re-treatment on a root canal that's $600 that I can pay since it's two visits half and half. After I go up to see the oral surgeon she starts talking to me about my back tooth that isn't even bothering me and telling me that that back tooth needs a root canal too. That's $1,200 that I don't have and then she comes downstairs while I'm waiting to tell me that they don't put crowns on so that's a whole separate payment on top of me having to sit there and be assessed by the people that do the crowns as well so I would have to pay for the assessment as well as for the crown this is ridiculous I want my money back!!!!!!!!!
