I have been visiting this office for quite some time now, to begin with a child have to go with a parent they cannot go with grandparents what happens if a parent is not available they say no all cleaning visit have to be parent, which is stupid I have been to dental office before and kids go with grandparents without any problems.. secondly please stop booking so many appointments that you cannot handle it is not the hygienist fault can you believe these hygienists probably don’t get a break they go back and forth and yal book too many appointments and cannot follow them because you over book appointments that’s beyond ridiculous because when patients arrive there they have to wait sometimes 45 mins and more to be seen people have a life , placed to be and other appointments to attend along with going back to work. Yal need to improve with these things and I’m talking based on multiple experience this is not after one visit.

I scheduled my appointment through the call center for my children and myself. Due to the call center not being aware of how scheduling actually works within the office, I was unable to accompany my children for most of their appointment due to my appointment on the opposite end of the office. Through the call center I expressed I wanted to be seen altogether and due to timing in the office and waiting over an hour to be called, it didn’t pan out that way. I would say the experience one of my children had with ANNIE was amazing. She was kind, efficient, and completed all her required tasks for a seamless check out process. She is definitely someone I would request for my children again. If you are looking to schedule your appointment here, be aware that sometimes the information from the call center doesn’t always translate well to their actual office. In any case walk in, greet the lovely workers and tell them your scheduling needs. For example it would be noted that if you have a large family, earlier appointments are recommended.

Keisly and Michelle were the best professional, kindest, most informative staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I felt so taken care of and felt right at home. This place is definitely worth it and most importantly the whole experience was comfortable for me as someone afraid of dentists. Definitely recommend, everything was amazing!

They went above and beyond to help me, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their patience. I highly recommend this office, all the staff were incredible, understanding, help me with creating my next appointment and listen to your concerns.

My experience at this dental office has been out of this world! I’ve had bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, so I was nervous coming in on my first day. But everyone here is so kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, the sweetest receptionists, Sierra and Alanah, welcomed me with such care and kindness. They made me feel so comfortable from the second I stepped into the office. The sweetest nurse, Kim, took care of me, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. I also had an amazing experience with the X-ray specialist, L. He was so sweet and funny, which helped ease my nerves. My final experience was with my doctor and nurse. Dr. Mary was so sweet and kind and made me feel completely safe. Nurse Gregory kept a constant conversation with me, making sure I was okay throughout my appointment. By the time I left, I had a big smile on my face. Everyone here was so caring, compassionate, and professional. I will definitely be coming back. Five stars! I highly recommend that everyone come to Abradental!
