Heights Orthodontics

I have had a wonderful experience with this orthodontics office. The staff is always friendly, the facility is extremely clean, and appointments run on time. I truly appreciate that they do not double book, and my wait time has consistently been minimal. A special shout out to Bridget for her excellent customer service. She always makes me feel welcome and heard, and she remembers even the smallest details from my previous visits and file. That level of care makes the experience feel personal and special. Highly recommend.

Heights Orthodontics was a great choice for getting dental care for my son. He had his braces installed by Dr. Trulby who was efficient, caring and very informative. The entire staff are all friendly and professional. Dr. Trulby’s philosophy of providing great care at an affordable price is what attracted me to the office and boy, does he deliver. He’s absolutely great and so is every staff member we have encountered.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Jersey City Heights location. I went for a second opinion and they were honest about the treatment I needed, unlike the previous place I had went to. The woman who went through my treatment plan with me, Jackie, was very helpful and pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The office itself is clean and modern, down to the dental equipment. I’m a plant person and every plant in there was well taken care of, so for me that says a lot haha.

Went to Heights ortho for a consultation to straighten out some teeth after failing to wear my retainers for years. Everyone from the front desk, the assistant, the treatment coordinator, to the Dentist (Dr. Vivian Chen) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk was very warm + friendly and the assistant was very careful and thorough when taking the scan, photos and pano. Dr. Chen and the treatment coordinator went through the treatment plan and was very transparent when letting me know the next steps. I can’t wait to begin treatment with them and I trust that they will do a great job.

I had a great experience at Heights Orthodontics. The whole staff are very organized, helpful and professional. Dr Trulby is the best , he is very attentive at both creating the treatment plan and follow up care to maintain the beautiful results.
