Gentle Dental Manchester

I had a very disappointing experience with Gentle Dental. I visited in March for dental work. Before my appointment, they verified my insurance and told me exactly how much I would have to pay out of pocket. I agreed to that amount and paid it. Later, my insurance company requested additional information from Gentle Dental to justify why a deep cleaning was medically necessary before they could process the claim. Instead of providing the requested documentation to my insurance company, Gentle Dental started sending me bills for the remaining balance. This situation could have been resolved simply by responding to the insurance company’s request, but they chose to bill me instead. I feel this was handled very poorly, and now I’m left dealing with an issue that should have been addressed by the dental office. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I had to have a tooth extracted. They made sure that I was fully numb, and not feeling any pain. They did the procedure quickly, and efficiently. I usually have to be put under to have this done, but they did it with just a local. I was nervous, because I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I definitely recommend them.

Felt comfortable, And the staff was informative and courteous!! Their very affordable and they help with programs to finance!! Also I want to especially thank Marissa the hygienest, she was very interested in the health and longevity of my teeth I was very appreciative about that! Thanks!

Honestly, I’ve had many challenges with Gentle Dental on Elm street over the years. It’s been lack of communication, inconsistencies, and just overall challenges. However, my last experience restored my faith in the place. Customer service was unmatched, I was pleased with my service, I made a recommendation regarding my treatment and I was heard without any pushback or pressure, I was also informed on a few things that were helpful to me. Thank you to Ahmed who took great care of me during my visit- start to finish, you’re appreciated. Also to the receptionist that assisted me while checking in and out. Hoping for that same energy from whomever I will be seeing next week!
