Simply Orthodontics Worcester

My son had an evaluation and we had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, very comforting and extremely helpful. Simply Orthodontics made our appointment very informative an understandable. Katrina is the best and we both are looking forward to our next appointment. Please keep up the comforting work and the great customer service.

Update May 2025: the customer service has declined to where we now feel unsafe. My son has had his braces for 28 months. Twenty. Eight. Months. This is 100% because they never have appointments for routine care or response to injury. Today my son has a broken bracket floating around in his mouth and they offered me 1 appointment in the middle of his school day and my work day next week, 10 days later. This is irresponsible. I begged for a sooner appointment and they have nothing. I asked for another location or doctor as we have done that in the past and was told it was their new policy not to allow to go to another dr or location. We've been asking for the braces to be removed for 4 months and they keep saying they need to "tweak a little more," and then have no appointments available for follow up. I'm sending my husband to the next appointment (in hopes they listen to him) to demand the braces are removed immediately or I will be contacting the Board of Registration of Medicine to file a complaint of malpractice. This used to be a nice practice. Do NOT bring your child here. They do not have enough "chairs" or doctors to provide basic care. Previous review: We are finishing up a full round of braces with one of our kids here and like it. We came here after we used another orthodontist for two other of our kids and that doctor was proposing over the top treatment and price. Simply Orthodontics kept it simple and we appreciate it. The office is friendly and clean, bathrooms and coffee, water and cocoa available so ok to bring little siblings if needed. The staff if kind and helpful. I really liked that they provided mouth guards for braces and even replaced them when my son lost it. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is that it is hard to get an appointment. The office is only open in Worcester a few days a week, maybe 2 or 3. Maybe it will get busier that they open more days, but for now appointments are sometimes limited and have to be scheduled far in advance and not at convenient times. Also makes it hard when something breaks: we had to drive 45 minutes to another office when a wire broke on a Friday. The front staff and assistants are sweet. The doctors can be unfriendly and condescending. Downgrading to 3 stars for their rudeness.

Simply Orthodontics is an excellent practice! I find Dr. Tien and his staff highly professional and competent. I felt well-informed about my procedures at my last visit, and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am confident that I am in good hands with the staff at Simply Orthodontics!

Amazing place, professional & friendly staff, and effective dental plan to correct my child’s smile. We saw results in just 3 weeks!! They’re also great with last minute appointments and super accommodating throughout their multiple locations!!

The receptionists are very nice and lovely people and the orthodontist and hygienist are also very nice and careful with applying my braces.
