Very friendly staff and professional service My experience is Great 7 stars

The office didn’t have the correct size tools for my child’s mouth, causing a painful and scary Xray experience, which I cut short. While waiting, they turned on a TV hanging over the patient. The screen showed an extreme close up of the gum damage from the X-rays. 30-40 minutes later, the doctor came in and told my child “we’ll be putting on your braces now”…before giving us a full consult or an estimate. In explaining the urgency, it became clear that he was examining X-rays from last year; some of the teeth had since fallen out. You can’t make this stuff up. Yes, i did call and tell them my experience. I have not received any further response.

I had a very pleasant experience at Simply Orthodontics Worcester; with excellent professionals who provided me with great service. Located in a good area with ample parking. They also have staff who speak Spanish, which is very convenient for those of us who prefer to communicate in our primary language. I highly recommend them.

1st time visit was a 5-star visit! The friendliness of the staff created a very welcoming, warm atmosphere!

I was initially pleased with the scheduling and my appointment for scanning for my retainers. Everyone was very friendly. The office called me a little over a week later to make an appointment for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised they came in fairly quickly. However, when I went in to pick them up, the woman gave me 1 retainer. I told her that I should have 4 retainers (better pricing than buying just 1). After confirming that I indeed was supposed to get 4, I was informed that the office was going to order the other 3 and then mail them to me when the office received them, so I wouldn’t have to go back to the office. THREE weeks later, I received a call from the office saying my retainers were in so I could pick them up anytime. I advised the woman that I was told the office would mail them to me. She said they no longer offer that service. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication in that office between not knowing how many retainers a patient ordered and paid for, , to staff not knowing their mailing policy no longer existed. I was happy at first but ended up disappointed with the service.
