Simply Orthodontics Grafton

Was so happy to start my Journey with Simply orthodontics in Worcester for a better smile! Ive also had follow-ups appointments at the Grafton Simply orthodontics as well. I wore braces for two years and was still left with a space in my front right top area. I was told by the main orthodontic dentist when they rushed to takeoff my braces, that the space would improve and close with the Visalign retainers that they provide me with after removing my braces. I am already at almost 2 years later with my braces off, and he never genuinely gave me the smile I wanted! I feel like they bribed me in and took my money and then I told them several times I was not happy and no one has contacted me back to figure out why I still have this spacing! And then my primary dentist At my last two cleaning appointments has informed me over and over again that my spacing concern could be closed with a new scan and a visalign retainer! I have called the office several times spoke with receptionist that I would like to speak with the main orthodontic and they genuinely don’t care and have not contacted me back to help me fix this problem. I paid $6000 and I still have a space in my mouth and in then it’s like he front that is very visible and concerning to me! So now I am in the process, I would have to pay another $3,000.00 to another practice to get a new set of Visalign scans and start this process over to close one little tiny space that simply completely failed to help me to complete my smile!

Great dentist. But billing department is truly bad. I’ve had bills revised. I’ve been told twice that I’m completely paid for. Only for billing to make additional changes. Do not trust anything they say and get everything in writing. I truly wish we went with a different orthodontist. Chris

Think before coming here for Invisalign, read fine print. I went there thinking that it was going to be one price. 6000.00 for 45 I had to pay 600.00 for the last 15 which didn't do the job. There where 15 the first 4 of them where the same I say the next 4 there was tension and after that all felt the same. I decided to finish with them I got the wire retainer which now I have to pay another 500.00 dollars and heavier retainer is with the first price. If you are looking for Invisalign go to Grafton family dental one price till all is done. Boy I really wished I shopped around. Everyone who has gotten these retainers said I paid to much. Just go to a dentist that does this that is my advice don't get ripped off like me. They are price gouging at their best.
