Andrews, Rutkowski and Fung Personalized Orthodontics

The orthodontists, their assistants, front desk staff and finance department are absolutely lovely. Both my daughters and myself have felt fully supported by all of these members. It’s truly an experience I’ve never had with the dental/orthodontist field. Their professionalism, empathy, and overall support is extremely admirable. It is wild and wonderful to state that my daughters and I truly look forward to our orthodontist visits. Grateful for these individuals and highly recommend their service.

Nice and knowledgeable staff. I cant speak for every single staff member but the ones we have dealt with so far have been great. The providers have seemed to all have good bed side manner and the app you use to send progress pictures is easy to use and allows quicker communication. Honestly, the office is great with getting back to you in a timely manner. The finances they have available are also very convenient and they provide numerous options which is nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend 😊

I haven't been to any other orthodontist office in Reno but I'm still pretty sure that this is the best one. I had braces on once when I was a teenager with Dr. Kevin Andrews & team but as soon as I turned 18 years old I told him to take them off because I was sick and tired of wearing them. Fast forward 10 years and I was starting to cheek-bite and my teeth were starting to become crooked again so I went back. And everything was just as good as when I was there when I was a teenager. Dr. Andrews was always polite, professional, friendly, and strove for perfection. Dr. Fung is sweet, gentle, and caring. Dr. Rutkowski has a good sense of humor, friendly, professional, and also strives for perfection. You'll definitely get a priceless smile and good service if you choose this office. As for the orthodontist assistants Feather has been there forever and does great work. There was a young woman, blonde hair, long lab coat, and she was jittery and shaky which resulted in her slipping several times while having tools in my mouth and bumping my gums but I didn't bleed. She admitted to having too much caffeine that day. I don't recall ever seeing her again after that visit so idk if she even works there anymore. Love the fish tank, don't ever get rid of it.

Personalized Orthodontics is amazing and I highly recommend them! My daughter loves them so much. They treat her so well and always make sure she feels comfortable. The consultation was so easy and informative. They got us going super fast with easy payments and no money down. You will not be disappointed!!

Love this office. I went in as an adult for braces and had the best experience from the time of my consultation until I had my braces removed. They are always so professional and understanding and really listen to your concerns. And a bonus my smile is PERFECT. They took their time to make sure I would be happy with my results. They are the absolute best I couldn’t recommend them enough.
