Absolute Dental Orthodontics - Sparks

Best doctor, best dental assistants, best staff! I have 2 kids in braces, one just got them removed, we have had nothing but the best experiences here. After coming here for years, you start to feel like family! I'd give 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! XOXO

Madonna and Kat are amazing over at this office. My daughter came into her appointment very scared and nervous they were able to keep her calm. They explained everything that they were going to be doing at every point through the appointment. The staff here is absolutely amazing

I got my braces done here, they finished early. always got amazing service from the dentist and the office staff. Never had a problem making a follow up appointment or an emergency appointment both times I got seen within 3 days.

My son's experience echoed Sean's experience 2 star review ... My son didn't feel welcomed by the dentist from the moment he arrived at the Sparks location. He was there because the wire on his permanent retainer broke, and his orthodontist was on vacation. At the appointment, Absolute dentist said he couldn't do anything about it, as if my son was wasting his time, though I was very clear in my description to the scheduler that only his wire broke on his permanent retainer. The scheduler told me it would be 50-75 for the consult only, so I'm not happy about the way he was treated and wasting my son's time as well. We do not recommend the Sparks Absolute Dental Location.

I had a negative experience with the manager, Brandon Stephens, he is very unprofessional and stated that he was "too busy to talk to me because he has manager stuff to do" and wouldn't help me as the customer. He hung up on me after I was having a difficult time understanding my orthodontic payment calculations. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a patient/customer, I believe I have the right to ask questions about my financial responsibility and receive clear explanations without being rushed, dismissed or spoken to in a disrespectful manner.
