Dr. Welmerink and his staff were excellent throughout my braces process. The entire team was always friendly, professional, and very accommodating to my situation. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend their office.

The environment and staff are warm and welcoming! All staff know the kids and families and make sure to provide the best experience and care as possible. The communication is outstanding. Welmerink and Utter Orthodontics is amazing! They got us in last minute for a consultation and were so kind, professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff spoke to my children by name and asked them questions directly. They truly seemed to value their opinions even at a young age. Each step of the x-ray/picture process was explained to my child with a gentle and friendly disposition from the staff member. When speaking with the doctor, she explained everything with great detail and ensured my understanding of the process and timeline of which we would be looking. The consultation was complementary and they were transparent with the predicted costs and insurance coverage associated with the treatment plan we were discussing. I never felt rushed or dismissed… the staff truly took care of us the entire time we were in the office. Our family has been pleased with both doctors. I would absolutely recommend Welmerink and Utter Orthodontics to anyone looking for a quality orthodontic team.

I cannot say enough good things about the people here. They always went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my treatment. I am currently on initial retainers and will go back in 2-1/2 months to see how everything is settling out and determine if adjustments are needed. If you need Ortho work this is the place to go. My wife had braces and I did Invisalign. We are both very happy customers.
