As always, easy check in for an appointment which began exactly on time, if not a bit earlier. Entire staff was cheerful, kind, and respectful. Am also amazed at the advanced technology used which made the visit much shorter than anticipated.

It would be nice to have SOME sort of communication or connection with the staff who is treating my daughter and is inside of her mouth rather than them just finishing up with her and having literally NO communication at ANY appointment even from the techs to know how the appointment even went or that the appointment is finished. Even at a retail establishment they say “thanks for shopping here, have a good day” but there is NO such courtesy coming from this place at ANY appointment I have been to and it is raising some very off-putting vibes for me.
