Neal C. Johnson DMD - The Billings Dentist

I am petrified of the dentist. Would honestly rather lose a limb. But the nurse joked with me and raised my nerves the I didn’t feel judged. I will be back to finish what we started and will be much less afraid to walk through the doors. I really appreciate the front desk lady, the nurse and the doctor for making me feel heard, safe and taken care of. I cannot express how grateful I am!

Yesterday I had Dr Johnson’s hygientest clean my teeth. Tara is thorough, she makes you feel comfy in that chair. Offers you small pillow for neck. In past offers blanket for warmth. Explains.things and gives instructions when needed. I like the friendly atmosphere . Everybody there is friendly and caring.

It was my first time there.. All I have to say is, they are great.. The staff make you feel welcome. They are very nice.. they work with you as best as they can.. Neal Johnson is very polite and such a nice fella. Overall I would highly recommend..❤️❤️

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Johnson and his staff! I feel that I have been treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and understanding with my frustration with an experience elsewhere. Dr. Johnson has gone above and beyond to do corrective work to get me what will last me a lifetime! Brenda, who works at the front desk, took the time to hear my story with my full mouth dental implants done elsewhere and referred me to her office. I am so grateful I took her up on that because Dr. Johnson‘s office is exceptional.

This office was great! I chipped my tooth and they were able to get me in on short notice. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to my needs. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend them!
