Dr Moss, did a wonderful job and so did my Hygiene tech Rachel. They listened and did an excellent job. The front office staff and their supervisor Jen are horrible, argue with patients. Talk over them, argue in office.in front of other patients. Refuse to listen, dont listen to patients, when asked for a call back Jen the supposed supervisor/ office manager doesn't return calls. If you can't read in someone's chart no general anesthesia then why are you arguing and trying to push genera anesthesia on someone. Yes im a RMA and a CMA plus a pharmacy technician. I have a health issue where I can't have general anesthesia and Jen pushed the treatment on me plus a pre-op.appointment after refusing a oral medication they offered. I wouldn't recommend yellowstone family dental to anyone after how i was treated let alone let my daughters or other veterans go to their office. VETERANS beware they don't take community care.
As much as I appreciate the complimentary second opinion, and how I was treated overall. This place is extremely expensive. As much as I’d love to have them fix my broken tooth, I don’t have $5-$7k. After a 3rd opinion, I’m able to get the tooth fixed. This isn’t meant to be a negative review, just a heads up for someone that might be in a similar situation as I was and trying to work within a budget.
Best dental office I’ve been to in Billings. The dentist Dr Highley was very professional and made sure to answer any questions I had. The Hygienist I had Rachel was awesome and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Will definitely continue going here. Very friendly staff up front.
