Thompson Family Dentistry

I've been going here for about 5 years now. I have a pain condition that the staff have been incredibly considerate of every single visit, to the point that I no longer dread the after effects of a simple dental checkup. I've also had a couple fillings needed that Dr. Thompson took care of over the years and she and her staff were so incredibly efficient and gentle that I would almost call it relaxing (if it weren't for the whole tooth drilling thing).

First experience at Thompson Family Dentistry was wonderful! Usually X-rays are a horrible experience for me but Alex was so patient and kind without rushing or dragging out the process. Dr Thompson was also kind in giving her diagnosis and walking through what my future appointments will be like. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to sell me on services I didn’t need, just giving it to me straight with no judgement. The wonderful ladies at the desk were amazing at letting me know what I can expect for scheduling and cost. I’m very happy to have found this dentist office, they make me look forward to my next visit! Thank you!!

Awesome staff. I work as a traveler and only had a short time in Billings. Dr. Thompson was super helpful and their team was able to expedite retainers to be made for me before I left town. Super thankful I found their office!

Friendly people who were genuinely interested in me and my concerns. A careful thorough cleaning of my teeth and explanation of the condition of my teeth and gums. Took pictures of my teeth so that I could see the issues that needed attention. I was impressed.

Dr. Thompson seems to be a very intelligent and caring person with a great attitude and sense of humor. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, everyone was incredibly professional and organized. I felt at ease immediately. The place looks very nice. They even have some gold accents in the ceilings. My previous dentist office didn’t send them my X-rays (thumbs down Dr. Thomas Smile Designs.) But to my surprise, Dr. Thompson offered to take new ones at no charge.
