Ortho Montana

Just know that the healing process after surgery is slow and can have various complications. Your life will not go smoothly. It will be painful. They will not forewarn you about the full extent of the reality of this. The staff will pretend that it is a walk in the park and you will be better in no time. That is just human nature. For heaven sakes! Just tell me how bad it will be! Be blunt! People aren't like that. Why the rose-colored glasses with everything? This post is my PSA that the aftermath of surgery SUCKS! And then you get the bill months later and SURPRISE! Kick me while I'm down. Not my first time with that. I expect that now especially in health care. Tootles!

Ortho Montana's mission simply states, "Ortho Montana provides the highest value and quality in specialized and compassionate orthopedic care." -I would disagree with this statement! In the waiting room they have signs stating they will confirm insurance before you are seen! They do not! They assume, then check it days later. Thanks for the bill and no empathy!! Highly disappointed!

Dr. Neil, his PA- DeAna M & His Medical Assistant where very great to work with- They addressed all my needs and concerns - HIGHLY recommend them if your having issues with your hands! I had a good experience at Ortho Montana :-)

Had the best care. Ended up in ER after a serious MV injury. Dr. Drake was the surgeon and his whole team was amazing. All of my follow up visits at the clinic were great and his PA was top notch. Thank you to the whole team.
