Working with Bulleigh Orthodontics has been an absolute pleasure. Both of my sons have received exceptional treatment and the cost is extremely fair. The staff are all wonderful people that my sons and I have formed relationships with over the last 4 years, sad to say goodbye to them but both of my kids have wonderful smiles now. Two weeks ago, I went in for an Invisalign consultation. As many people know, that process can feel stressful, and I appreciated how kind the team was initially. Judy Hoelting (treatment coordinator) was especially thorough and professional during the appointment. However, after the exam, I was told someone would call me back within a week to follow up. That did not happen. It ended up being 11 days, and I had to call the office myself. For a practice that emphasizes strong customer service, not following through on a promised callback is concerning—especially when patients are in the middle of making an important (and expensive) treatment decision. Communication and follow-through matter. Overall, the initial consultation was positive, but the lack of timely follow-up was disappointing and something I believe prospective patients should be aware of.

All 3 of my children received their orthodontic care from Bulleigh Orthodontics in Shawnee. The staff at Bulleigh are always going above and beyond to make you feel at ease. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with smiles. The doctors do a great job of explaining where you are at in the treatment process and what the plan is moving forward. I highly recommend Bulleigh Orthodontics to everyone!

My daughter had a difficult dental case. She struggled with her confidence due to her teeth. We are delighted with the dental treatment at Bulleigh orthodontist. Dr.Chad and his team were amazing. Their dedication and good vibes were always contagious. Because of them, my lovely daughter loves to smile now. Her teeth look amazing and she now smiles daily.
