Rimrock Pediatric Dentistry

Amazing experience. Everyone was so great with my kiddos. Even my kid that wasn’t being treated today was treated like the most special kid in the world. I can’t give them enough praise. One thing I will say is I love it when practitioners address my kids directly, showing them they are just as important as the adults. That they can answer their own questions even when they’re little. Makes me so happy every time it happens.

We’ve been coming to Rimrock Pediatrics for about a year and a half now, and our experience with Dr. Keller and Shayla has been absolutely incredible. As parents, we were completely new to the world of pediatric braces, so this was a brand new journey for us. Shayla made my daughter feel so comfortable and truly put her at ease when she was nervous, scared, and anxious. The entire process has been wonderful, and I honestly can’t imagine going through it with any other orthodontist. We’re so thankful for the care, kindness, and professionalism we’ve received. Our experience has been so great that we’ll be bringing our son in for treatment with this amazing duo as well. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old daughter had some cavities filled and a tongue tie release done with dr chlarson. Let me tell you, he was absolutely amazing. He was so good with her and she loved him. Everyone there was amazing. They genuinely cared for and about my daughter. They even called later that day to see how she was doing. I highly recommend!

From beginning to end my experience with rimrock pediatric was great. Every single person we dealt with was great. They went out of their way to make sure my daughter was comfortable and really put the patients first.

I wish it was possible to leave a zero on this. Unfortunately that is not allowed so here is their undeserved 1 star. They took x rays of my child and said she needed fillings done. Took forever to get an appointment, then they said here, take 4 days worth of medication in 3 days so she will be prepped to go under for all this work. Gave the medicine we could. But they said that wasn't enough so they had to reschedule AGAIN after waiting for a couple hours to go in. We decided to go somewhere else more professional at this point, and they informed us that she has no cavities! All the work was finished at her previous dentist, the material was odd and showed up funky on an x ray. So RPD Had my daughter take medicine, and we're going to put her under, to do work on teeth, without ACTUALLY looking at the teeth. Holy crap talk about negligence. Then our new dentist requested RPD's care plan, and it turns out THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS OR IF THEY EVEN HAD ONE. After finding this out, we spoke to rpd about their shortcomings, just to be met with a letter about how they will no longer allow us there. Which in all honesty, is fine. Our other dentist had us booked and taken care of in the time between. Never planned to revisit this mess, nor do I plan to ever. Thanks for the letter showing how much you want people to be hush about how you almost made a huge mistake though! Just kinda puts the icing on the cake!
