This is the place to go if you need to find a good clinic or need a second opinion! My son had previous bad experiences with dentists and when we moved I searched and asked everyone’s opinions and they came back with this clinic. Truly it was night and day from the previous experiences to today. The staff was so kind to myself as well as my son and came up with a reasonable treatment plan that was way different than the previous clinics. They don’t seem to be money hungry and are kind, compassionate and patient when it comes to their patients. Will always recommend time and time again!

As a mom, I was incredibly nervous about my children’s procedures at Big Horn Surgery Center. My 3-year-old daughter needed her lip tie released, dental caps, and fillings, and my 6-year-old son also had dental work done the same day. Since it was the first time either of my children had ever been under anesthesia, I was filled with anxiety. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel supported, cared for, and at ease. They took the time to explain every step of the process—not only to me, but also to my children in a way they could understand without feeling scared. Their patience, kindness, and compassion made such a difference. The facility was spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. Throughout the entire experience, I truly felt like the staff cared for my babies as if they were their own. They made sure my children felt safe, comfortable, and loved every step of the way. They also checked on me often and helped calm this nervous mama while I waited, which meant more than I can put into words. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care we received. Our entire care team went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed our family. If you’re looking for a surgery center where your children will be treated with exceptional care and genuine kindness, I wholeheartedly recommend Big Horn Surgery Center. Dr. Kazemba and Dr. Larsen did an extraordinary job with our daughter. They were both very informative and took the time to make sure we understood everything. They were genuinely interested in helping us understand the process. Dr. Larsen made sure our daughter felt safe and respected. For her young age, having her parents by her side in what seems like a scary moment makes all the difference. The whole team was very encouraging, patient, and attentive with her. It made this such a wonderful experience for our daughter as a patient and also for us as parents. I would highly recommend their team.

Dr Larsen, our anesthesiologist, was absolutely amazing. He made this first time anxiety ridden mama feel at ease. He made my almost 3 year old laugh and smile and walked hand in hand with her to the surgery room. Dr Randall knocked it out of the park with how sparkling my daughters smile is, the did an amazing job with the crowns, fillings, and the lip tie release. Thank you to all the nurses who were kind to my daughter, and especially the lovely gal who snuggled my daughter when she woke up and I wasn't quite there yet. This was a very high anxiety, stressful situation and every single person who helped us at Bighorn Surgery Center are the real MVPs of pediatric dental care. Thank you for all you do and the incredible bed side manner you provide to the patients and parents.

Rylin was the assistant and Dr. Chlarson was the doctor for my 5yo daughter’s appointment for baby root canals and crowns. They were both amazing with her and kept her comfortable by letting her know what they were doing every step of the way in a fun, yet educational way. Rimrock pediatric dentistry is by far and away the best fit for all our kiddos— we drive an hour and a half to have them seen there and plan to continue doing so!
