Office staff are very professional and friendly. They made me feel welcome and important. Hailey the med tech was so professional and was very helpful with her knowledge. Dr Honnaker was very nice and told me my options about my mouth issue. He was very professional and understanding to my concerns. Neither one rushed me through my appointment. After the dentist answered my questions he left. Hailey and I continued talking about the game plan for the next 2 weeks. If its not working she ask me to call her and we will figure something else out. I would recommend this business to anyone's who needs a great dentist and a friendly staff.

Dr. Ross has been taking care of all my dental needs for almost 10 years now. Followed him to Grand Avenue Dental as he opened his practice. Always the most professional, detailed, compassionate, precise care you can find. Your comfort is always his top priority as he expertly navigates your individual dental needs. His staff at G.A.D. are of the same mold. He has even come in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of and to get me out of discomfort. You will not find a more professional, patient focused, caring, dentist and staff in my opinion! I just had over a dozen crowns done and couldn't be happier with the results. I must also give a big thank you to his assistant Haley, she is Awesome as well!

My wife and I both had our teeth cleaned by Susan and she was absolutely amazing. She was very good at her job, kind and funny! Would definitely recommend going to her. I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned and she made it enjoyable and I left in a great mood.

Best visit I’ve had in my 70 years of life! All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I learned so much from my hygienist plus she was gentle. Dr. Ross listened to my dental issues and we discussed options. Never once was there any pressure to have expensive treatments. I was in control of my care. He did an excellent job on my front teeth and now I am not embarrassed to smile!!!
