Celebrate Dental & Braces - Kansas City

While I don't question the quality of their work, I do want people to know more about what to expect for the first time here. If your priority is to be in and out quickly and don't care about the hectic pace, then you'll be fine. The way the clinicians are pressured to do fast work stresses me though. The orthodontist is practically running from one patient to another to do quick inspections. Neither the assistant nor orthodontist seemed to be able to spare the time for questions. To this day I have no idea what my treatment plan is or if it aligns with my goals. My evaluation didn't come with a one on one discussion with the orthodontist developing my treatment plan.

The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything they were doing. The orthodontist was gentle, and the appointment was quick. I’m happy with the care I’ve received so far and appreciate everyone’s kindness. Thank you!

Overall, I have had a good experience with Celebrate Dental & Braces. The doctors provide quality care, and many of the staff members are kind and professional. I appreciate the work they do. However, I believe the clinic should improve its appointment rescheduling policy. Life is unpredictable, and patients may need to reschedule because of work, illness, family emergencies, accidents, or other unexpected situations. Patients should not have to wait another six weeks simply because they need to change an appointment. While it is important to respect the doctors’ schedules, the clinic should also consider the needs of the community they serve. I believe the office should keep some emergency or flexible appointment times available for patients who have legitimate reasons for rescheduling. Healthcare should balance the providers’ schedules with the realities that patients face every day. I also think phone communication could be more consistent. Some staff members are very friendly, patient, and helpful, while others seem rushed and unwilling to listen or explore possible solutions. Every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I am sharing this feedback because I want to see this clinic continue to improve. The quality of dental care is very good, but greater flexibility with scheduling and more compassionate customer service would make the overall experience excellent.

I had a great experience with my braces. The staff and doctors were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m very happy with my results and thankful for the amazing care I received. This was my second time getting braces because I didn’t wear my retainers properly the first time, so my advice is to always wear your retainers if you don’t want to go through braces again.
