Braces By Billings: Kansas City Location

We have loved our experience at Creekwood Orthodontics! They took a proactive approach and did not rush/pull my sons teeth to push him into braces early. Everyone is very friendly and great at scheduling appointments. We drive over an hour and a half to come here and it’s totally worth the drive!

I am so thoroughly impressed with Creekwood Orthodontics. our first visit was so thorough, the staff is the friendliest and most accommodating you can find and the offices are very nice and conveniently located. My son’s teeth are already looking so much better in just a few months. Selecting an orthodontist is a huge deal and we visited multiple offices. We are so happy we made this choice and look forward to the coming years as we navigate braces.

Kayla is awesome. The entire staff is amazing. Very welcoming. They make sure you as a client is satisfied and happy before leaving. I look forward to working with them. Dr. Dorsch reached out to check on me and make sure I was okay after dental work. That meant a lot. I appreciate all the staff. Great customer service.

Just wonderful - We called with an emergency after another local orthodontist wouldn't see us which we had already had an appointment but yet to sign their contract. You were so kind to get us in that day and gentle as my child was in pain and so thoughtful you didn't even charge us. We are so grateful for your generosity and it's so good to know that there are people in the world who take care about children in pain. Thank you!!

I got my braces today. I was very nervous and worried they would be painful. When I got there all the staff were very nice and explained to me what they were going to do before they did it. They also made sure I was comfortable. The whole process went a lot smoother than I expected. Dr. Dorsch was extremely helpful. He is so kind! He made sure I understood the entire process and even called later in the day to make sure I was doing okay. This is a WONDERFUL team. They really do care about you. I would highly recommend Dr. Dorsch and his staff to anyone!
