Celebrate Dental & Braces - South Austin

Kylie had her braces done at Celebrate Dental, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Over the course of her treatment, she only had one broken bracket, and everything else went smoothly. Dr. Ensley was amazing throughout her entire braces journey and always made Kylie feel comfortable. The biggest compliment we can give is that Kylie actually misses having her braces! We couldn’t be happier with the care she received and highly recommend Celebrate Dental to anyone beginning their braces journey.

I found this orthodontist online because I was searching for a place that does in house financing for braces and Celebrate Dental & Braces does!! The whole process was so easy and smooth. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful. I came in for my consultation and was able to also get my braces the same day which was so convenient!! Couldn’t recommend this place more, thank you so much Jacob and Dr. David Easley!!

My daughter's orthodontist is great. She's very happy with him She had an appointment and went waited 15min. just to be told she couldn't be seen. Appearantly we were told "we owe money because her insurance cut off her coverage. When I was still paying after the fact. So therefore I spoke with the manager of the Ortho office. And now I've been trying to reach out to her after we spoke since last week. The front desk is very very hesitant to transfer me or let me speak with her or even give me an email address. I've been trying to give them Info I've received from her insurance company. I am very frustrated nobody will respond let alone the front desk is very hesitant to transfer my calls to the correct coordinator. I strongly feel and recommend if any one else has issues like this to post. They are not hesitant to ask for money or why we didn't pay because we were told one thing insurance stopped paying that my daughters carrier dropped her. After speaking with the insurance company I have statements stating she was never dropped. I really would like a response I don't know how else to reach out. My daughter is receiving NO Ortho work because of this. Why??? I though I haven’t officially started my Invisalign treatment yet, but I already feel so grateful for the experience I’ve had so far! From the very beginning, the team has been so welcoming and supportive. We had the best experience today at celebrate dental an braces. From the friendly orthodontist staff ,to the speedy service I would definitely recommend. They were so kind they explain the whole procedure while underway and they made sure we understood everything afterwards.
