The staff and doctor are great! They all exude happiness and joy, which might be strange coming from an orthodontist office, but it’s true! It’s not like the treatment from years ago… they have nitro brew coffee on tap, arcade games, ice cream freezer, various drinks in the fridge for you. I actually look forward to going there for my appointment or for my kids. I’ve witnessed the team doing a gratitude huddle, and I asked about it - they do it daily, which seems like such a positive work environment. They all get along, team work and positivity is primary. Not only is it a great staff and lovely atmosphere, they set you up with a dental monitoring app. So you don’t have to go in every few weeks, unless you want to. My 10 year old can even use the app with ease. It’s great! We have been there just over 6 months and zero complaints. From the moment you arrive at Heinz Orthodontics you can already feel the difference. There is a warm atmosphere and everyone you encounter is so friendly! The staff is kind and caring and you can tell that they love what they do and are happy to be there. Dr. Heinz has a genuine interest in his patients and is great at connecting with each one. Dr Heinz and his staff are incredibly nice, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming! We got 3 consultations from a total of 3 places, Heinz being one of them, and it was hands down the easiest decision to make choosing him as our first ever orthodontist to work with in our family. Amazing service ❤️
