Dr Ona is a truly professional and kind hearted dentist! She has performed a wide range of dental repairs for my family. She installed an implant tooth for me due to me breaking it from a work related accident (front left upper), and it looks and feels just like my old tooth! She also recently performed 4 fillings for our 4 year old daughter with NO shots, NO laughing gas and NO pain or fear whatsoever! She went out of her way to make my daughters first dental experience be a great one and we cannot thank her enough for that. This dental office deserves national recognition for their professionalism and care. Highly highly recommend Dr. Ona Healthy Smile!

Going to visit a dentist's office was ALWAYS on my Top 5 List of things I would not do voluntarily! But I have found MY DENTIST!!! you know the one that says, "I'll be gentle, and we'll go at your pace." Dr. Suzzette Ona is THAT dentist! I have visited her from teeth cleanings to after care from major oral surgery. Since "No man is an island, Entire of itself.." Dr. Ona and her complete staff (including those behind the scenes answering my calls)...I give you all a huge SHOUT OUT!!! You Guys Are the GREATEST!

I have had a terrible experience here. They communicate nothing. I needed a root canal but no one said it was going to be a 4 appointment trip. I called to get my fake crown back on which they want me to keep on for 3 weeks when I won't stay on for a day. They didn't put my appointment on the schedule. They told me to come in at 6pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. Now I'm sitting here for a half hour with my 3 kids. Saying they could fit me in at 6:15 only cause they had a cancellation. But if it won't for that I would have had to turn around and go home. During my first appointments they pushed had on mouth cancer. Made me wear childs sunglasses. Prescribed me antibiotics when I didn't need them. Then when I got the antibiotics the instruction weren't clear. The root canal place told me he didn't know why I was prescribed them in that way saying they do this for people with joint replacements. The prescription said take 3 pills 1 hours before the appointment.

I have been a patient at Healthy Smile for over 25 years. Dr Ona makes me feel very relaxed and she always compliments me on taking care of my teeth. She is a perfectionist and always explains what she proposes and as she does the work, I trust her completely. I have had many crowns and dental work and am very happy! Christina cleaned my teeth today, she is kind, caring and efficient and explains what she is doing. Hattie at the front desk is the friendly face of the office, she is efficient, always knows me by name and takes good care of me. Everyone there is great and I highly recommend Healthy Smile! Ann Rush
