I can’t say enough good things about this office. My permanent lower retainer unexpectedly came off after being in place for over 18 years. Even though I had never been a patient here before (my braces were done in South Texas), they got me in quickly, thoroughly evaluated everything, and took the time to explain my options. Dr. Sara was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions, explain her recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them. The entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. As a father of six with a family of eight, experiences like this matter. They have absolutely earned our trust and our future business. When the time comes for our children to need orthodontic care, this is where we’ll be going. I have been going to Armbrecht & Wierenga for more than two years and their service never disappoints. The orthodontists always made me feel welcomed, and the front desk ladies are great as well. The service is always great as well. They also go out of their way to do things that don't always need to be done to make the customer happy. The best orthodontist in West Michigan for sure.

Got me in within 24 hours of calling with an emergent need, was so kind and welcoming, even let me off bill free for my repair that I needed done. 10/10!!!
