Swan Orthodontics

Brought my kids here for their first phase. Thankfully we have found elsewhere for their second phase of treatment, after settling here we have noticed a huge difference. We never felt heard here. Assistants were rude, we constantly saw new assistants who had no idea what they were doing. If you liked an assistant they were gone by the next appointment. Dr. Swan would only ever be at the chair for maybe 30 seconds before leaving. I would recommend searching else where for orthodontics in the Grand Rapids area.

Dr. Swan and her team deserve way more than 5 stars! Every visit has been smooth and genuinely enjoyable. The entire team is so friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole orthodontic process easy from start to finish. I absolutely love my new smile, and the little extras at visits were always a nice touch. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and creating a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Swan and team, for the excellent care and amazing results!

I had a really great experience at Swan orthodontics. This was my second round getting Invisalign as I was not responsible in my 20s to wear my night retainers and my teeth shifted (a lesson for you kids, the second time it’s on your dime!) overall all appointments were quick, I was able to get in early on some and to top it all off the staff is just so kind.

We were referred by our family friend, once we walked in my daughter was in love with the atmosphere! The free slushies were the biggest hit, the photo machine also! I wish we would have found this place sooner! Definitely recommend to family and friends!

We love this office- always timely, efficient and kind. Dr.Swan answers are questions patiently and thoughtfully. The women there know how to run a business successfully!
