Heinz Orthodontics + Aesthetics

My daughter went through a course of orthodonitics with Heinz Orthodontics and had her braces removed a few months ago. The payment portal was amazingly easy to use, and clear as to the dates my payments would be pulled, and I even received proactive notifications ahead of the payment. My daughter was treated amazingly well by everyone involved in her care. Dr. Heinz is wonderful, but as are every single employee within this practice. Specifically of note is the ability for me as a parent to have less in office visits via the use of the home scanning device and the app. This has made my life so much easier throughout our treatment. We had a new retainer made yesterday - and had a great experience with Eva at the Kentwood office. She was warm and great with my daughter and her anxiety about dental procedures. Sadly I couldn't bring my daughter back for a fit in office - which turned out to be a problem as we couldn't get the retainer off her teeth after wearing them all night. I was able to coordinate with the emerengcy response on-call service, and showed up at 8AM at Rockford and Maddie was able to precisely tune the retainer to no longer get stuck. My daughter was in a lot of pain due to how tight things were - and you wouldn't believe it due to Maddie's incredible ease at calming my daughter down. This is the just one example of the incredible level of skill and expertise we have encountered with every single employee at Heinz Orthodontics. Furthermore, The Rockford office was just remodeled - and it's amazingly beautfiful - and it is clearly designed with GREAT experiences for all patients! My daughter was excited to play an arcade game, and I was offered some Nitro Coffee. It made a stressful morning turn into a complete breeze - all due to the constant effort that Rebecca and the other back office staff have put into making a great patient experience, alongside a great experience for parents of patients. I can’t recommend this place enough! They are all so kind, so hospitable and so helpful! My son’s braces journey has been so simple due to their system, their facilities and their staff! Dr. Heinz is very kind and personable! Their office is Rockford is awesome! So many perks to going here!

Love Heinz ortho! Have had a great experience from the initial consultation to getting my daughters braces put on! They explained the process thoroughly and gave us a few options of what they would recommend! Everyone is so nice there. 10/10

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Heinz and his entire staff at the Rockford location. We are currently in phase 2 of my son’s treatment, and he genuinely has looked forward to starting this second phase. If you or any of your kids need orthodontic care, this is the place to be!

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! I am a new patient and have no idea if their actual ortho care is any good 😂 (I'll report back in 18 mos!), but I can say their customer service is top-notch! It's very clear they are here for the patients and want to make orthodontia not only a possibility, but a truly pleasant experience. I have no doubt in my mind that we will be bringing our kids here in the future as well!
