My kids love going to the orthodontist, which could be testimony enough of how much we value Williams and Gallagher Orthodontics. They are always very punctual and professional, but even more importantly they are gentle and make sure the kids are comfortable and informed. There is a well kept area to keep siblings entertained and the music in the waiting room is the absolute best playlist of any medical office I’ve ever waited in, no joke. I appreciate how they are always willing to schedule at our convenience when able, especially with having multiple kids making appointments and a 45+ minute trip from our home. I am deeply appreciative of the support and understanding they’ve shown financially, this is a big commitment, regardless of where you receive care and they’ve been so compassionate in making this possible for both of my kids. I’m asked often by parents in our community where my kids go and I highly recommend Williams and Gallagher every single time!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with my son’s orthodontist so far. From the very first visit, the entire team made him feel comfortable and confident. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions, and were incredibly patient and encouraging with him, even through a few repairs after broken wires on his braces. Appointments were always on time, communication was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make treatment as smooth as possible. My son actually enjoys going to his visits—something I never expected! The waiting room activities for the kids and coffee bar for the adults make it even more enjoyable for all. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is skilled, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients.
