I recently visted to get my wires done, and the lady was too busy having a conversation with someone else instead of actually paying attention to what she was doing. She "accidentally" snaped the wire into my lip. And didn't adjust my wires right, and didn't check if anything was poking me in my mouth.

5 star rating! The employees here are so kind and they always explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. They have so many little fun things about going here suck as the gift card point system. They make teeth look amazing! Definitely recommend!!!
