Markovitz Orthodontics - Parkville

I’m so happy for the opportunity to give this review, so much so, that I can’t even find the kindest words to describe my awesome experience at Dr. Markovitz’s office. I was treated with respect, and appreciation for bringing them business. Dr. Markovitz takes the time to talk with me, but not only about the services they provided. The atmosphere is always so tranquil because the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. I never had to wait long to be seen. They explain everything before, during and after treatment(s). They follow up by checking in with an email, text and a phone call if necessary. The service that they provide at Dr. Markovitz office at Parkville is just SUPERB!!

the staff are wonderful, caring and efficient. Dr. Markovitz is very personable, manages the office quickly. The wait time is almost zero. Rarely did I have sit for 5 minutes before being called back. I appreciate that they are considerate to get me in and out fast. The care I have received is excellent. I love the result of my aligners. Dr. Markovitz kindly worked with me so I could afford getting my teeth straight.

This office is the best of them all I recommend any and everyone. They are like family here and you’ll loved to be serviced by Dr. Markovitz and his beautiful caring assistants. The picture is my end result where I had crowding a double tooth and my front teeth were crooked.

The office is great! Dr Markovitz is good but it's his front desk staff and his assistants that I enjoy the most. I'm so bad with names but the woman (I think it was Lauren) who put my daughters braces on last Thursday was great. She speaks to my daughter and allows her to ask questions. My daughter is 12, and isn't a young child anymore. She's a great patient and she is capable of advocating for herself, this office is great with that. Even though my kid wasn't complaining, Lauren still made sure she was doing okay. I appreciated that since my daughter is a trooper and never complains, well until she's home. Front desk staff are great to. They always try to work with me with dates. My daughter started going to this office 7 months ago and I haven't had any issues at all.

I saw all the reviews online about Dr. Markovitz’s practice and I got a great feeling in my gut about it. I reached out and scheduled an appointment to get a consultation, hopefully to get braces. My appointment was just yesterday and I was very pleased with how identical my experience was to the reviews that I read. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and Dr. Markovitz was very knowledgeable friendly, I FELT SAFE and that matters to me the most. I didn’t think twice about signing up for my Invisalign aligners and I look forward to my journey. Also the assistant that worked alongside Dr. Markovitz was helpful with answering questions about her experience with the Invisalign (which truly helped me decide which method would be best for me) as well. I can’t wait for my journey to begin! ❤️‍🔥🥳
