A Brighter Smile Dental Care

I had an overall good experience in terms of customer service. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hygienist and the dentist had good bedside manner and my procedure went smoothly for the most part. I felt like the staff cared. However, I was expecting additional things to help with comfort, as advertised on their website and when completing the new patient process. During my procedures, I was not offered a pillow or blanket which I requested during my new patient check in. There was no attempt to make the experience in the dental chair comfortable. I was also not offered sunglasses to block out the sometimes stark lights coming from the various machines. I feel that those are extra touches that take an experience from good enough, to personalized and above and beyond. Now, I did receive a Tshirt, and lipgloss as a parting gift, and that was nice. However, making sure that patients are as comfortable as possible during procedures should be the standard of care.

I’ve been a grateful patient of Dr. Milstead at A Brighter Smile Dental Care for many years. She is so knowledgeable, caring, & kind. I am always happy to see her. I had to have enamel work done & you can’t even tell where it is. She takes her time & has a very gentle hand. Trust your smile to her! I do!

It was my daughter’s first visit and everything went so smoothly. My mother-in-law brought her and I asked her how the staff was and she said “top notch!” Glad we moved to this dentist office!

Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had! This is truly a family dental clinic—they’ve cared for both of my kids since they turned three and treat us like family. The care is excellent, they are so patient taking time to explain everything and answer questions, and the customer service is outstanding. I really appreciate their flexibility, including multiple locations and varying hours of availability. Highly recommend!
