What a great experience! Everyone is so friendly! Dr Nasser came recommended by several people and they have great systems to make sure everyone is well aware of every step of the process. Lots of reminders that are useful and unintrusive. When we arrived there was someone there I knew and she said she had been coming there for several months and she was full of compliments for their service. Once we got called in I realized why. They are set up to make it about the patient, they focus their time and attention to making them like being there. Dr Nasser is really good with the kids and shows care. What a great formula. A welcome gift before anything is done, lots of communication with the parents, clear information and very relaxed so you make your moves at your pace and again, I can't stress this enough, making the patient feel at home! The staff makes you feel at home and welcomed. The are very professional and experienced. Dr. Nasser is extremely kind and always warm and smiling. He is very knowledgeable. If there were 10 stars, I would give them!! Highly recommended Dr. Nasser

My son attends Centenary College of Louisiana and is there playing football. He had an issue with his retainer and because of his football schedule it was just impossible to get him home (Lake Charles) and back timely. We were referred to Dr Nasser by an established patient. I called and they made an appointment the same week! They were so accommodating and extremely nice! Thanks to Dr Nasser and his team. Y’all made this mom’s heart swell with gratitude as y’all took care of my son who’s a first time freshmen away from home.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Soon as you walk in the door Morgan is there to greet you and let you know you have been missed. The technicians seat you and make you feel so special and comfortable. Dr Nassar comes in and greets you with a smile. He has the best treatment for that wonderful smile you are after. I recommend if you need an orthodontist, come here.

2 more months left for my orthodontics treatment with Dr. Nasser and his team. It has been a very pleasant 16 months. I will miss their smiling faces. It has been a very good experience for me . I would definitely recommend any/every one who’s seeking orthodontist treatment to consult with Dr. Nasser. He’s a really cool guy too.
