Exceptional service from the moment I enter the building until I leave. My family and I have been coming here for years, since they opened the doors!!!! Kimmie is the best!!!!! She is very kind and professional. As for Dr. Lowder, there are no words to describe him!! I have never in my life been to a dentist that was as caring as he is!!! I will never go anywhere else. We are like family here at Southern Roots!!!!! 🥰🥰

I had my initial visit with this dental facility today (19 August 2026). What a pleasant experience. I met Ms. Shelby and she assuaged any fears that I had concerning this visit. She was attentive and very personable. What great dental hygienist. Very thorough and yet extremely gentle! My teeth have not been this clean in a long time. I also met Dr. James Lowder and I must say he immediately put me at ease. I’ve suffered with extreme dentophobia for many years as a result of a previous dental trauma and I think this place…..these people, can really help me to get my dental health back on track. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

First time at Southern Roots Dentistry and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. Well worth all of the recommendations that were given to me by other patients of theirs!! Emilee was the absolute best at what she does. She was careful and comforting the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope to have her next time as well.

Everyone is always so professional and welcoming, from the front desk to everyone in the back! My hygienist, Shelby, ALWAYS leaves my teeth better than when I walked in and comforted to know she and the dentist are monitoring my complications closely! They feel like family! 10/10 recommend!
