We’ve been coming to CSO for years, and I'm so grateful for the care my daughter has received. Watching her smile transform has been amazing. Dr. Cosse & Dr. Silmon are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything clearly and even send helpful videos so we always feel informed and confident throughout the process. The staff is always welcoming and sweet, scheduling is easy, and we never wait long. We truly love this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the area!

Very friendly people who are full of love and ready to take care of you. They treat you like family and took most of my son's gitters away. They actually listen and don't over talk you which made me comfortable knowing my son was receiving exceptional care. It's always a vibe when we come we love it.

Friendly and clean environment. WE LOVED our consult with Dr. Cash and his assistant. Very good with our kids and took the time to make sure we went through any concerns we had.

My 5 year old is usually not a fan of the dentist office but the staff is so friendly and sweet to her she ask “when are we going back” also she likes the choice of movies. As a parent I believe this group of people (front desk, assistants & dentist) are very knowledgeable and belong in the customer service industry (it ain’t for everyone) also as a parent I love the super affordable payment plans and all the options ! I’m looking forward to future work with them!
