Please Do Not Bring Your Children Here I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this dental office. On two separate occasions, they told me my child needed major dental work due to “overcrowding” and discussed procedures that would have cost thousands of dollars. Both times, we chose to wait before moving forward. And both times — nothing ended up being necessary. No extractions. No major procedures. That alone made me question their recommendations. Today was the final straw. We had an appointment and I called to inform them we were running late. I was told that as long as we arrived within 15 minutes, we would be fine. We arrived with two minutes to spare. While I was waiting at the front desk, the receptionist was speaking with someone else. After about a minute, she told me we were late. I showed her my phone — it was still within the 15-minute window. She stepped away, spoke with someone else, and then came back saying their office clock showed we were 15 minutes late and we would have to reschedule. No flexibility. No accountability. No consideration. We will not be returning. Additionally, the children’s play area is unacceptable. My child has found moldy food and debris in that space. It is concerning to think about the germs being spread in a place meant for children. Overall, our experience has left us feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and undervalued as patients. I would encourage other parents to ask questions, get second opinions, and carefully consider their options before committing to treatment here.

I had to cancel the same day of my appointment because I woke up with a sore throat and fever. I called to cancel and of course, I had to leave a message. When the clerk called me back she stated because I didn’t cancel 48 hours prior to my appointment, they will have to keep my $200 deposit. I asked her, am I supposed to come to my appointment with a 101 fever and sore throat because I probably have Strep bc my grandson just tested positive. She placed me on hold and never returned. I will NOT be going back!

$1200+ charged for 3 simple extractions that took less than 40 minutes to complete. When I asked the receptionist for an itemized receipt or invoice she handed me a simple charge receipt showing me the total amount but not showing what I was precisely paying for. Told me that was the receipts they give customers... The people are nice, they do good work. 400 for a regular extraction is insane. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

I just wanted to say how fantastic this office is, they are so accommodating! Cari and Lindsey have been so awesome to work with! They take their time and never have the feeling of being rushed! It was a very comfortable and fun experience to be able to work with the both of them. Thank you ladies for being awesome and keep doing what you're doing! :)

Great service wonderful staff! I have been to two of their offices the one on Airline and Barksdale Blvd and had great experiences at both. Since I don't love going to the dentist in the first place it was nice to feel well taken care of and informed during my visits. I have also taken my elementary age children there and they we were wonderful with them and the kids did great! The only reason for not giving it five stars is because getting appointments within a reasonable time frame can be a challenge due to how busy there offices are but still recommend this place :)
