Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care

Going to the dentist is nerve racking but today my experience was absolutely fantastic. I want to give special attention to Dr Haas, Dental Assistant Taylor, and front desk assistant Kristen a huge thank you for their wonderful and upbeat connection. Thank you ladies for making my day better 😇🥰

Scheduling is horrendous. Dentist and hygienist are fine but the office scheduling is ridiculous. Even after scheduling an appointment, you have to get lucky and be available to catch a "confirmation" call via phone OR your already scheduled appt gets kicked off the books. Twice I've shown up ahead of a scheduled appt only to be told it was kicked off the books because it wasn't "confirmed" by phone. My confirmation was when I MADE the appointment lol ... it should be a simple process but its not.

Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist. She is highly skilled, personable and very thorough. Her dental assistant, Leslie is great, and she is so kind. Dr. Nguyen does incredible dental work and has performed two different, but extensive, dental procedures on three teeth. She also gives you very clear after care instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. Updated June 23, 2026 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dr. Carly Bonnette is an awesome dentist! She is thorough, and very intelligent. She listens to you and recommends the treatment that is good for the patient outside of the dental office. Dr. Carly's dental hygienist, Pam is also very thorough and smart. I was referred to Dr. Brynner Bonnette in Bossier on a separate issue and he too, is real smart and very kind. They don't rush you and all three of them are outstanding dental professionals. Dr Katie Beach and all of her staff where just great. I had to have two teeth pulled and an add on to my bridge. I am so pleased with my care. This is a great dental facility.

They made a terrible experience seem very easy and smooth. Had a tooth removed but it wasn't bad at all. I dreaded it for a week and it was over in 20 mins. Friendly staff and great experience for a not so great situation
