The staff at S&B Prairieville are nothing short of amazing! They have been so patient and understanding with my daughter who has sensory sensitivities and dental anxiety. They have made her so comfortable with starting her process of getting braces. I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

Dr Balhoff and his staff are kind, caring, and thorough and explained the whole process of getting braces and the expectations not only to me, but my daughter as well. I really appreciated they spoke to her first and got her opinion before they asked if I agreed with what she wanted and expected out of her orthodontic care. They are very flexible with their payment options which was greatly appreciated too. They’re wonderful and highly recommended

My experience today at Sherman & Balhoff Orthodontics was great. I had all three of my kids with me, and the staff were incredibly understanding and patient with them. My oldest was especially curious and wanted to be right in the middle of everything while I was getting my braces on, and they handled it so kindly and professionally. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free, even with my little crew there. I really appreciate how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. I cant wait to go back in 8 weeks to get my bottom braces on.

The entire staff is kind, respectful, and informative. The assistants and orthodontists explain the procedures very well and do their best to make sure the patients are comfortable. My daughter recently started treatment and we couldn’t have picked a better office!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Our experience with them has been exceedingly, abundantly beyond anything I could have ever asked for, thought of, or imagined. The ENTIRE staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and exceptionally kind. Whether I have one or all kids with me, they remember their names. And this next thing is what takes the cake…one of my daughters had a sudden and severe medical emergency that introduced tremendous financial strain for our family. They temporarily paused our payments without any questions and showed the utmost respect and compassionate support. I recommend Sherman and Balhoff a million times over. You will be pleased!
