My daughter cracked a bracket eating caramel popcorn during a movie night, and we expected to wait days for an appointment. Instead, the office called back quickly the next morning and found a cancellation slot for us. The orthodontist repaired everything without making her feel guilty or careless. That kindness really stood out to me. The clinic itself is always clean and surprisingly calm considering how many patients they seem to handle daily.

I love Dr Porter. The staff is very friendly. Office very clean and inviting. He always gives a consultation of my teeth and gives me information and instructions on how to keep my retainer clean.
