The staff are always pleasant and helpful, esp as a new patient. After numerous consults, I made my decision based on how I was treated as a patient because my concerns were heard and addressed in an appropriate manner. I did not feel like “just another patient”.

As a working mom, I loved how efficient the office is run. Wait time is minimal and they offer early hours. The staff and Dr. Balhoff are very friendly and are willing to discuss any concerns.
