Bayou Braces - Orthodontist Baton Rouge

I kid you not They did not cut my wire and it’s literally stabbing into my gums and they r closed this Monday so now I have no choice but to be stuck like this because I can’t miss any more work The wires at least half a inch. I do not understand how they forget to cut the wire not to mention my last time I went the assistant broke my bracket, and they left it like that because theydidn’t want to set back my treatment. If you can go to another location and perhaps it’ll be better

Not professional at all. Needs new management. Owners need to be in more often. Breach of Contract goes on continuously here. I have a video of the manager stating, " take a picture, take a video, I dont care, for as long as im manager the contract will go the way that I say and I promise you won't get whats on that contract for as long as im manager". Wouldn't get anywhere with talking to management. Wouldn't be surprised if this is an automatic system replying

I had a very frustrating experience with Bayou Braces. When I requested my orthodontic records so I could transfer care and have my braces removed, I was told they could not release them. That information was not accurate. Patients are legally entitled to their records upon request. Being given misleading information caused unnecessary delays and stress and felt like I was being given the runaround instead of honest answers. On top of that, when parts of my braces became loose and were causing irritation, I was told they would not address the issue unless the full remaining balance was paid. This left me dealing with discomfort longer than necessary and added to the overall frustration. This is what prompted me to ask for my records in the first place. This situation could have been handled with basic transparency and better communication, but it wasn’t. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office if you value honesty and patient care.

I had a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. A special shoutout to Pauletta she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Her attention to detail and ability to answer all my questions really stood out. Because of her and the overall positive vibe of the office, I feel confident moving forward with my braces here. Highly recommend!
