Babin Dental

Everything was great. I got new insurance and went through the insurance portal to find a “super provider” and found Babin Dental. From first contact to submitting forms to check in to xray to cleaning to consultation to payment, every step was seamless and described in detail and followed. Also everyone was very friendly and kind. I truly don’t know what else you’re looking for in dentistry but I can certainly tell you where you can find it.

The ONLY and I mean only reason I’m giving them a 2 is because of their customer service; I’ve had absolutely no issue with anybody personally. Here’s why otherwise it would be a one. I have been going to two Babin Dental locations and have had issues with the insurance department at both. Every time I leave an appointment, they tell me I have nothing to pay and miraculously months later I have hundreds of dollars owed to them. I have received these messages tons of times about a random balance and worrying myself sick about something I don’t even have to pay. It’s a shame because every single time I’ve gone, I’ve had AMAZING service there. Everybody is super sweet, but the billing department needs to get their act together. Sending messages about a nonexistent 1000 dollar balance after I left in APRIL of 2025 is beyond unprofessional.

I always have a lovely time visiting Babin Dental! I saw a new hygienist today named Riley who was super sweet, and very professional. My appointment went by so quick and easy but it didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door. Dr Rachel was in the middle of doing another procedure and made the time to step away to check my X-rays and make sure all was well before sending me off. The staff at Babin is always extremely friendly, they work with my schedule and communication preferences and I have had no complaints since I started seeing them last year!

Excellent Service! The Team from the front desk, admin office, the hygienists, the dental assistants & my Doc (Dr. Logan Kleman) are all attentive, responsive and fantastic. They have taken wonderful care of me and have treated me fantastically. I couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend this Dental Office.

I started coming to Babin Dental last year and I can say I absolutely love it here. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist that stemmed from childhood into adulthood. The entire staff made me feel right at home during my first appointment. When i’m getting work done, I’m always asked if i’m comfortable or need a moment. I’ve never laughed while getting dental work done but I find myself always being able to laugh or crack a joke mid appointment. I don’t just feel like a patient here, but family! Awesome establishment, wouldn’t trust anyone else with this million dollar smile! Would recommend to everyone!
