Very friendly staff,and Dr T has good bedside manners,explains everything in simple terms. I love the cleanliness of the office,cool paint colors,good calming music ,I got myself a dental home.

Dr. Trakakis and his team are cohesive and supportive, it’s a very pleasant place everyone is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Great discovery! I am very happy to be their patient.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The dentist had rescheduled once, ok, then on my next appt while I took off work early and sitting in the chair told me he had migraine and had to reschedule again. I told him I cant so someone else took care of me. My next appointment scheduled they called last minute saying the dentist was sick and had to reschedule. They never called me back to reschedule and after multiple attempts I finally spoke to someone yesterday at 3pm and they told me to come in today (the following fay) at 8am. I get here and the dentist isn't here and won't be in front 90 more minutes he is at doctors again. On top of this My bill is paid in full and they sent me to collections. AVOID this place at all costs!! New updat-11/20/2025 it is now been almost a year and the dentist has replied to all positive reviews and nothing on this. The dentist is now sending g me emails and mailing me a bill to pay more money since my insurance recall3d a payment of $980 since dentalworks dis NOT do the service they charged me for and my insurance of Delta Dental. I have tried calling and left over 15 messages with them to call me back and NO ONE has yet to return a call. Check what they bill you and your insurance for and make sure these things have been completed. This place is a joke

My experience with DentalWorks has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was advised to get an expensive deep cleaning that I did not believe was necessary, and when I contacted my insurance, the charges DentalWorks claimed I owed did not match what my insurance had on file. Even after I requested clarification—including accurate dates of service—I never received a clear explanation. My insurance confirmed that I had overpaid, yet DentalWorks has refused to issue my refund. Customer service has been almost nonexistent. The district manager has not returned any of my calls since June 2025. I also canceled a procedure and was told via text that a refund check would be mailed to me, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was told that “corporate refused” the refund, with no explanation at all. Emails to corporate and customer service went unanswered. Because of these unresolved billing discrepancies, withheld refunds, and the lack of communication, I am now filing complaints with the BBB, the state attorney general, and the dental board. I strongly urge others to be cautious and double-check all charges with their insurance before moving forward with any treatment he
