I LOVED my experience ! My dentist George Trakakis made sure my root canal experience was as painless as possible as I explained to him that I have ptsd and anxiety when it comes to dental work. I felt like he really listens to my concerns and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will for sure continue to take care of my teeth at his care! Thank you Ps. The front desk receptionist is such sweet person with a welcoming personality ❤️

The staff is friendly and professional. The one issue I experienced recently was a change in my appointment time. I received a text confirmation about a week out as usual, for my original appointment time. I didn't reply right away. A few days later, I received what appeared to be the same text confirmation, except my appointment time had changed -- which I did not notice when I replied to confirm. I would have rescheduled! A phone call to notify me to the changed time would have been most appropriate. At the very least, the text should not be an appt confirmation but a very clear CHANGE alert. I showed up at my original appointment time, unaware of the change because of this lack in communication. Thankfully, they squeezed me in as quickly as possible, so the end result was satisfactory.

Dr. Trakakis and his team are cohesive and supportive, it’s a very pleasant place everyone is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Great discovery! I am very happy to be their patient.

I had a great experience at this office. I was definitely in pain but because of the care and reassurance I received from Dr T and from Sherry I was able to relax and we got the job done. They were professional and approachable at the same time. They asked questions and then listened to my answers. They were thorough with my treatment. I left there feeling like I was absolutely taken care of. I encourage you to have them take care of your dental needs. They will be your blessing!
