I really wanted to like this office but looks like i will be looking for a new one again. My first appointment ended up being just X-rays, no big deal scheduled my deep cleaning. Went in for my deep cleaning and in the middle of it the dentist got up for whatever reason and was gone for 10 mins and i could hear her talking to someone else. I then scheduled my second appointment for the other half of my deep cleaning and i was scheduled for a Saturday even though their website and Google hours say they are open. I drove 45 on a Saturday for my appointment to only find their office closed with no phone call, and no email letting me know. I then left a voicemail that was returned and i was rescheduled, but a couple days later i got another phone call asking if i was rescheduled because they didn’t have it on their calendar. Ok not a big deal let’s get this fixed so i didn’t waste my time driving 45 mins again. I was rescheduled a second time only for them to call me a week later saying there won’t be a dentist in the office that day, so then i was rescheduled for a third time. I let them know i can make it but i live 45 mins away and i will have my son who i will have to get to school in time so i ask how long it will take and im told 30 mins. My new appointment is at 10am, i get there 5 mins before 10 am. Shortly after i get taken to a room where i sit for a few minutes while someone puts the napkin over me, gives me glasses, the doctor comes in and introduces herself and then they put some numbing cream on my gums. I sat there for another 40 mins before anyone else even came into the room to clean my teeth, when then the dentist finally comes into the room i ask how long it’s going to take because i now have to leave in 20 mins to get my son to school on time. Just seems like they don’t care for anyone’s time or make patients a priority. I will not be going back and i do not recommend them

His knowledge about the condition and treatment plan,, his excellent communication and genuine care and positivity were crucial in helping me recover. He is professional, friendly, punctual and highly skilled. He offers an impressive level of care and commitment to all your dental needs in a spa-like office environment. I have such confidence in Dr. Irfan Shaik and All-Star Smiles that my entire family now sees him for their dental needs. Also staff is very good too.

All the staff and dentists I have worked with here are wonderful. They make the whole processes easy and comfortable. I have gone to them for cleanings, aligners, and other dental work. Every visit has been a good experience.

Visited the office for the first time yesterday and I was absolutely pleased with my experience. As a first time patient I went in for a wisdom tooth removal, I felt supported and well taken care of. So happy with my experience.

Dr Irfan Shaik is amazing very knowledgeable and caring. His office staff is great also.
