We have been coming here with my child for more than 3 years. Today we had an appointment, and the doctor we saw was the best doctor ever. She was kind, patient, and made my child feel very comfortable. We truly appreciate her care. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I had a really great experience. The entire team was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was nervous going into the procedure, but they explained everything clearly and helped ease my anxiety. The surgery went smoothly, and they made sure I had all the instructions and medications I needed for recovery. I really appreciated how caring and patient everyone was throughout the process. Thank you to the doctor and the staff for making what I thought would be a scary/nervous experience much easier. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery!

I really don't like doing this, but i feel like when its been too much people should know... I live about 45 minutes away from this office. I had a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for June 25, so I arranged for my husband to take time off work to drive me because I was supposed to be under anesthesia. I also paid to have my acrylic nails removed because I was instructed to do so before surgery, woke my children up early, and drove 45 minutes to my appointment. When I arrived, I was told they didn't even have my appointment in their system and that they were still waiting on insurance approval. They apologized and rescheduled me. Afterward, I learned the prior authorization request wasn't submitted until June 26—the day after my original appointment. Now, for my rescheduled surgery, my insurance approved only 30 minutes of anesthesia, and the office is asking me to pay an additional $284 for the extra 15 minutes the doctor says he needs. I asked the office to submit a request for the additional anesthesia time, was told they would, and i told them i would also call to see if that would speed up the process, they never sent another request. This entire situation has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. Between the drive, my husband's missed work, paying to remove my nails, arranging childcare, and making a trip for an appointment that couldn't even happen, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope the office improves its scheduling, communication, and insurance authorization process so other patients don't have to go through the same thing.

This was my first time visiting this dental clinic. It was very clean, the service was great, and I was very satisfied. Everyone was kind and friendly. I would be happy to come back again. Thank you!

I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my child to have a cavity treated. When we arrived, they immediately started with a teeth cleaning. After the cleaning, the dentist came in and told me my daughter had a cavity—which I already knew—and then said they couldn't treat it because she was too young. I don't understand why this wasn't mentioned during my initial phone call. If they weren't able to treat a child her age, they should have told me before scheduling the appointment. It would have saved us time and unnecessary frustration. Very disappointing experience.
