I've taken both my oldest daughters here around 5 years now and im very happy with the receptionist and the people who care for my kids teeth they always so understanding, and very sweet. I will definitely take my baby too when it's time

First off, it did take a while for my appointment to actually happen. But it was definitely worth the wait, and worth my time. The ladies were super nice and friendly to me, and did their job fast. They knew what they were doing, and they knew their jobs! Love it, five stars in my opinion.

Came here with my kids a few days ago…. Yeah, won’t be back. They come in the room and bomb patients with “leave us 5 stars before you go” and basically are forcing 5 stars- which explains all the stars… and the staff gives Hot Cheeto mean girl vibes. Very short, and act as you are bothering them when asking about treatment. I have great insurance and I’ll rather travel farther and spend my money elsewhere.

Would be ZERO stars if I could. WORST experience EVER at a dentist office. Called and requested and orthodontic consult. I was told that was what was made. Get there and fill out all the paperwork. Place was insane in the lobby even. Nothing was said about running behind. Had to ask how much longer 45 minutes AFTER my kids appointment times. We finally get back there and they cant remember how to pronounce my child's name (I corrected that 4 times), then they call my daughter a boy 3 times, corrected that too. Then they FINALLY get us to the room and have to do x-rays, have to do a cleaning which I asked why since this was all done DAYS ago at my kids REGUALAR dentist. I was told I was scheduled for a cleaning. I tried to tell them before they did all this, that they had it done days ago and don't need another cleaning. I made the appointment for a braces consultation. Was told to let the dentist know. He also blew me off.. "This is our procedure. I will see if the office manger is in to talk to you but I don't think she is." so they got the QUICKEST cleaning I have ever seen in my life, then had a tech shove her finger in their mouth with fluoride on it. He then proceeds to tell me EXACTLY what I told him.. No cavities and they need braces and wanted to make another appointment. No, I will NEVER go in there again. They had my daughters anxiety so high she wanted to leave the second they started. It was beyond a circus in there. No one knows what the other is doing or saying and they cant even communicate with the patients properly. would NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.

We always go to Aurora Sonrisa Dental and have consistently had great experiences. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable every time you walk in. The office is clean and well run, which we really appreciate. The dentist is patient, takes time to explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It honestly makes dental visits much easier and less stressful. We trust them completely and would highly recommend Aurora Sonrisa Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office.
