I had another great experience at Aurora Dentrix Downtown Aurora. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, polite, and truly makes you feel valued. Everyone greets you with a smile, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is amazing and very attentive they consistently check on you throughout your visit and make sure you’re comfortable. The dentist does an excellent job and is both professional and personable, which makes the entire experience stress-free. I’ve been here several times, and one thing I really appreciate is that you are always seen at your scheduled appointment time there’s no waiting around. That alone speaks volumes about how well this office is run. Overall, it’s just a great experience every single time. This is truly one of the best dental offices I’ve experienced in all my years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.

I’ve been to the Dentrix dentist and have been very happy with the work. They’ve done had a crown that came off and they fixed it took care of it. Then it lasted over three years and it was painless and relatively quick and I recommend them for anything from a cleaning to a root canal or anything it’s a really great place to go.

We always have a great experience at Aurora Dentrix downtown. All three dentists are great, along with the entire staff. All techs and dentists provide high quality care and are great with kids too.

The people at this particular office are very, very nice very polite and very friendly. The dentist Dr Karen, made the children feel very comfortable and even when he had to fill their teeth to do any procedure, they did not feel like they wanted to run out of their crying because they were afraid. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to either change their current dentist or looking for a new dentist because they are new to the area. As it stands, this review was posted it looks like six months ago. I’m not sure why it came back to be reposted again today. The reason why I’m saying that is because I just wanted to Reinstate the fact that these people are very, very, very nice people and the dentist that care for your children as well as the Hygienist Are very qualified and friendly people. My little onehad to have cavities filled unfortunately and they did their best to make sure that he was very comfortable and the experience was not one that would never want him to see a dentist again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist as I have said and previous post.
