I had another great experience at Aurora Dentrix Downtown Aurora. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, polite, and truly makes you feel valued. Everyone greets you with a smile, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is amazing and very attentive they consistently check on you throughout your visit and make sure you’re comfortable. The dentist does an excellent job and is both professional and personable, which makes the entire experience stress-free. I’ve been here several times, and one thing I really appreciate is that you are always seen at your scheduled appointment time there’s no waiting around. That alone speaks volumes about how well this office is run. Overall, it’s just a great experience every single time. This is truly one of the best dental offices I’ve experienced in all my years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.

Staff is great! Receptionists are always so attentive and right away greet you as you’re walking in. All staff work wonderfully with you and meet your needs and expectations. DMD Sarah is amazing with my children just like everyone else in there! They make you feel welcomed all the time and are quick to check you in and make sure they are quick and deliver the best services!! Highly recommend!

The people at this particular office are very, very nice very polite and very friendly. The dentist Dr Karen, made the children feel very comfortable and even when he had to fill their teeth to do any procedure, they did not feel like they wanted to run out of their crying because they were afraid. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking to either change their current dentist or looking for a new dentist because they are new to the area.

Very pleasant and professional. Explains what's happening so that I understand what will be taking place. No long wait time! I would recommend them to others. Some think a visit to the dentist is for the most part an unpleasant experience, but not at Aurora Dentrix!

My 5 year old loved going to the dentist! It was an amazing experience with Carmelita and Dr.Sarah. they both did great with him. I love it here my whole family attends to this office.
