We love the doctor. The man at the front desk has become indifferent with me because I refused treatment at the Joliet office due to being extremely unsanitary. Smelling like urine on the upper level and suspecting mold up there as well. Left an appointment feeling ill. Downers was a cleaner and more kept up office.

I've been going to Downers Dental for several years. I've seen several different dentists. They all have been patient, informative & gentle. I went for a deep cleaning today. My appointment was at 3:00. I didn't see the dentist until almost 4. I truly understand how this happens. My concern was there was little, if any communication. Neither the office staff or dental staff shared why I was waiting so long. I finally got up from the chair & was pacing. The dentist saw me & apologized for the delay. I just wish I had been acknowledged sooner. I will continue to go back for my dental needs. Hopefully communication will be better.

The place was very dirty it doesn't look like they clean ever. Its like they just go from one mouth to the next with the tools gross. If I wasn't in so much pain I would have walked out. One of the dentist was pretty creepy. He just sat and stared at me with this weird smile on his face and when I said hello he completely ignored me. He was creepy and I definitely would not want him doing and dental work on me. Will not be back

Honestly really nice staff. Everything is quick and very much reasonable on pricing after my insurance covers their portion. No complaints
