WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. First off, did not get an introduction to the assistant or the doctor and as a new client, this seemed rude to me. they seemed more interested on how quickly they could do the job than anything else. Had some issues with what they did and when I returned to have the issue fixed, the doctor kept arguing with me and felt like he was calling me a liar and did not believe my concerns. Proceeded to only half fix my issue and a month later I am back to where I started. I will NOT be returning for them to “fix” my issue a third time. Over $200 wasted. If you want someone to take you seriously, spend the time you need and listen to your needs, I would not go here.

I had a loose permanent retainer. I set up an appointment with them and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Staff was friendly!

Dr Smith and his staff are very personable and professional. My daughters felt quite comfortable meeting them and we are happy with the plan going forward.

We have had an amazing experience at Sam Smith Othodontics (Super Smiles). The office staff is amazing. They are so kind and truly care about their patients. Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable, and he never makes us feel rushed. He takes time with each of his patients to make sure they are heard and cared for. I highly recommend him!

We were recommended to Sam Smith at Super Smiles Orthodontics and so far have been very happy with everything! The treatment plan has been very clear, the staff has been very friendly and the office is very clean, bright and welcoming! Absolutely recommend!
