Caring and patient professionals. They'll chat with you about your appointment and your family. They're gentle, but will also respect your wishes to go without being numbed, when possible. I've done that with some of my smaller fillings. I can feel anxious at the dentist, plus I suffer from chronic migraines and they are quite accommodating. They also have a small children's play area in the waiting room. I've only ever seen Dr. Cook, but I haven't heard anything bad about the other dentist, either. I've been going there for many years and my only poor experience was with a receptionist that is no longer employed there. I usually make my appointments in the morning and rarely wait even 5 minutes. My husband has to make his appointments late in the day and has waited up to 45 minutes. I always see Tracy for my cleanings. She's amazing! She's personable but will also leave you be if you want to listen to your headphones. She takes extra measures to protect my teeth and my comfort. They also have movies available to watch, if you prefer.

The Northwest Dental team is a professional dentistry team, working together giving the best of mouth hygiene care. Dr Bingham and Shiela, and others give care and interest in my life beyond dentistry. Truly a family oriented dental team.

I highly recommend Dr. Cook! He is caring and sensitive to his patient's needs and feelings. I have had sooo many dental procedures over the years (with other dentists) so I speak from experience that Dr. Cook is best of the best!

Wonderful people working at Northwest Dental. Dr. Bingham took time to speak with me and advised me on my next steps. He is very kind and attentive.

My family loves this office. They're professional, friendly and caring. I'm a nervous patient but they are quick and comforting but most of all efficient.
