I cannot say enough wonderful things about this orthodontist office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an amazingly kind and welcoming staff who truly make you feel comfortable. Everyone is personable, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. They take the time to answer questions, explain every step of the process, and make sure you feel confident and informed. The environment is clean, professional, and most importantly, feels very safe and supportive. It’s clear that this team goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care with a compassionate and helpful team!

My daughter has an ASD diagnosis and sensory processing issues. The team at Orthodontics at BridgeTower is always professional, kind, and compassionate. They always tell my daughter what they are about to do, explain what she might feel, and check on her frequently while they are working on her to make sure she is ok. Dr Payne actually did my braces as a teenager so we have a long relationship of trusting him and his practice. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Payne & Dr. Curtis for a few years now, and we couldn't be happier! We feel so lucky to have made the right choice for her orthodontic treatment. The front office team and all the clinical assistants are so friendly and professional. They put my daughter at ease when she's nervous about treatment or getting her braces tightened. The treatment coordinator Cheryl is also wonderful - very knowledgeable, great with kids, and you can just tell she loves her job. On top of all that, the environment is so relaxing, modern, clean and fun (they always have cool raffles going on and even a free arcade room for kids to enjoy while they wait). We couldn't be any happier that we chose Dr. Payne for our daughter's (rather complex) orthodontics. He's so knowledgeable and so caring, the staff is excellent, and our daughter loves going to her appointments. Best choice if you need an orthodontist!!

We love Dr Payne and Dr Curtis. I have 5 kids that have gone through braces at Bridgetower, and they have been amazing. The staff are all so friendly and professional. My kids love the arcade, and how fun they make the office for kids. We are 100% happy with our results. And we had some complicated dental issues to deal with, with some needing palate expanders, extreme bite challenges, and also some adult teeth that were missing. The doctors are patient, kind, explain things well, and don’t cut corners. They get it right. Very knowledgeable, they know their stuff! They are so honest and trustworthy, I would not go anywhere else!
