I had a great experience with Dr. Jarvis orthodontics for my Invisalign treatment, which only lasted 36 weeks. The office was extremely professional and informative from start to finish, walking me through the entire process, using state of the art technology. Appointments were well organized, and I really appreciated the text message reminders so I never missed a visit. What truly made my experience stand out, though, was Megan. She is an amazing orthodontic assistant, who worked incredibly hard to make sure all of my visits went smoothly. Megan was informative, professional, highly motivated, and genuinely funny, which made each appointment enjoyable. She always took the time to answer my questions in a fun and easy to understand way and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Megan truly makes the office shine! Thank you again to Dr. Jarvis, Megan, and the entire team for such a great experience!

I’ve been receiving treatment here since last year and have had a consistently excellent experience. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and extremely patient. They have also been very flexible with scheduling, which I truly appreciate given my busy calendar. Dr. Jarvis and the staff take the time to ensure I’m comfortable and informed throughout the process, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. I genuinely feel well taken care of every time I visit. If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care for themselves or children.

All of the staff is great. Cassie always takes great care of me. She is very knowledgeable and she is not afraid to get in there. I have only had my braces on for 10 months, and I've already seen tremendous change. Dr. Jarvis knows his stuff and is always a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their teeth fixed. Stop putting it off. Just do it! It's been one of the best decisions I've made.

Absolutely love this office! My daughter just got her braces off. I can't begin to explain all the medical issues she had before she got her braces. They worked with my multiple insurance changes and helped me with an affordable and easy payment plan for the left over that my insurance didn't cover. They were so friendly and made sure to be very informative every time we had to go in. They were super patient with my toddler always joining on visits and terrorizing the office while we were there. My daughter often lost her bag of rubber bands at school or elsewhere and they were always so nice when I had to pick up more bands for her. The whole process was painless, other than the mild discomfort my daughter felt from the initial braces being put on, and even that, she said wasn't bad at all. I'd rate higher than 5 stars if I could.
