I went to Dr. Sam Smith at Treasure Valley Orthodontics BECAUSE he had great Google Reviews. Turns out those reviews were spot on! Dr. Smith is a caring professional and gave multiple options on how to fix my teeth. The facility is clean, organized, and well ran with lots of friendly people and pros! I just love Treasure Valley Ortho! Dr. Sam is so chill and easy to work with. We always have a great visit, and all of the assistants are great too! They always get in me right in and get the work done quickly so I’m always in and out. All of my family has had work done there and we won’t go anywhere else! And the ladies at the front desk of the Boise Overland office are always so nice.

Friendly office but they desperately need to hire someone else for the phones. You call and wait for quite a while just to make a dang appointment. VERY FRUSTRATING. I am on my third kid there and it feels more like a rat race recently. Thankful that we are coming to the end of this experience!

I had a consultation with Samuel G Smith for an underbite treatment. I felt like the orthodontist didn't took me seriously or cared about my concerns. I was given a high estimate for the treatment, which was expected. When I had expressed that I didn't want to spend 20,000 or invest a year for treatment, he smiled at me and said, ''well if you ever win the lottery, you can come back and start treatment." or "you can keep blaming your parents for bad genetics." How insensitive of him to say such thing. I will avoid this place in the future
